The gym is based on the ground floor and open throughout the day to members of the public, fully inclusive.

We have the weights gym fully kitted out with both free weights and resistance machines.

We have fully qualified staff on hand to help with any specific needs and offer PT services at a competitive hourly rate.

Also on the ground floor along side the weights room we have our Guerrilla circuits room set out ready for classes which are run on a daily basis, this is 1 hour of intense circuits, its a fun, active and different way to keep fit combining cardio and resistance training suitable for all abilities.
