The disability day opportunities centre is based on the ground floor of the gym. This is a one of a kind service offered to anyone with disabilities .

We offer training sessions, PT sessions or groups sessions these can all be ranging from 1 hour to a full day.

The day package consists of a morning based around fitness /rehabilitation sessions and the afternoon is dedicated to life skills/employability skills.

As a community gym we work alongside many disability and head injury establishments providing a safe , non judgemental fully inclusive environment in which to get fit and meet like minded people.

The motion therapy room at Impact Community Gym is an ideal way to keep mobile, the motorised machines are suitable for most disabilities including MS, Fibromyalgia, stroke and brain injuries or just as a stepping stone to using the general gym.
